Terms of service
of regular commissions
General terms:
- By commissioning me you accept my terms even if you haven't read them.
- You can use the commission for personal use only, (this includes products you make for yourself or giveaways)
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.
- no commercial use or nft.
Process:
- I'll send you an invoice only when I get your approval on the final price.
- Only after I've send you an invoice I'll add you to my queue.
- completion time: 1 - 4 weeks. (depending on queue)
- All finished pieces are sent by email.
- I'll fix any mistakes/change details without extra charge.
- If you'd like to get different versions or sizes just let me know.
Payment:
- All payments are in USD, paypal invoice only.
- Payment must be sent within 24 hrs.
- Prices vary depending on character complexity.
- I only accept refunds if I haven't started your commission.
- You can ask for a quote at any given time.

A YCH is:A "your character here" commission is a commission type where I provide a base/pose for your character to fit in, The finished piece will feature your own character, adding some modifications the client might want or the character might require.
General terms:
You as the client:- Accept my terms of service automatically by choosing to work with me, even if you haven't read them.
- Can use the commission for personal use only (this includes sharing it in your (the client) social media and websites).
- Can use the commission as assets in videos and such.
- Can use the illustration to produce physical items for non-commercial purposes / giving them away for free.
- Can post and share the finished commission on your social media.✖ Cannot claim the artwork as your own.
✖ Cannot use my art for commercial use, n/f/t or AI databases.
Process:
After you inquired a slot(s):- I'll invoice you to the paypal email you provided.
- Only after I've send you an invoice I'll add you to my queue.
- your turn will be given after I receive the payment.
- Since these have a set pose, a sketch will not be sent but I'll fix any mistake I make.
- The anatomy will be adjusted to fit your character.
- The finished drawing will be sent to your email.
- While the post is open you're free to commission more slots.
- When I'm done the files will be send via email.- The completion time for these varies with each opening, but I always make my turnaround time clear, depending on your turn on the queue it can take just a couple of days or a few weeks.
- The client is allowed to change character or base, as long as I haven't started on your commission.
- I'll fix any mistakes/change colors without extra charge within reason, I refuse to change any detail after 2 revisions.
Payment:
- All payments are in USD, paypal invoice only.
- I can hold slots for a few days but payment is needed before I clear my queue, otherwise the invoice will be cancelled.
- After the payment is received the clients will be notified and given a turn, the faster you pay, the higher you will be on the queue.✨ Refunds are only accepted if I haven't started your commission or I'm uncapable of finishing the work.
- In case the client finds any error in the invoice, a new one will be issued, if the payment has been made (with a wrong amount) a refund will be made as soon as possible.- In case the client doesn't/can't pay or respond to the messages after I close the YCHs, the invoice will be cancelled and they will be taken out of the queue.
